Counselling and psychotherapy sessions are conducted in a confidential, comfortable consulting room in central London. Albert Buildings is directly outside of Mansion House tube station. It is also in very close proximity of Bank and St. Paul's tube stations and Cannon Street London main line station. It is also on several London bus routes including the 11, 15, 23, 26, 43, 47, 76, and 344.

Sessions are conducted in a confidential, comfortable consulting room. Leyton tube-station is on the Central Line and is a 8 minute walk or three stops on the 158, 58, 69 or 97 bus routes. For those driving Leyton can be reached easily from the A12 and Lea Bridge Road, and can be reached easily from Walthamstow, Wanstead, Stratford, Leytonstone, Hackney, Stoke Newington and other areas in east London and Essex.
